Salman Khan is not attending the IIfa 2011 at Toronto although it will start with the Salman Khan's debut movie "Chillar Party".
The reason for Salman Khan’s absence from the prestigious awards ceremony is because the actor is shooting for his next film Bodyguard. He confirmed the news to the media saying, “I am shooting for my next Bodyguard and it is an action movie, so yes, you people won’t see me there. IIFA will miss me this time.”
Bodyguard is set to release on 31 August.
Chillar Party is a children's movie and is set to release on July 8, 2011.
